You wouldn’t believe it but we hear “I’m not a cake person” all the time. And while we’re pretty obsessed with cake around here (could you tell?), we love how unique and customizable a dessert table can be.
We’re talking dessert stands, candles, floral arrangements, lights, and more! We’ll help you design the perfect dessert spread to complement your gorgeous cake. A stylish (and delicious) way to have a little something for everyone.

Items start at $5 each and we recommend two items per person.
If you are offering a dessert table to your guests where they serve themselves, we estimate that you will need servings for 70% of your guest count as not everyone will pursue dessert.
Note: The minimum order per item is 24 pieces.

While we can try our best to, and will, isolate your items from allergens, we cannot promise there will be no cross contamination because we are not an allergen-free facility.

After you inquire via our booking form, Sarah, the ECBG Wedding Manager, will contact you to schedule your tasting.
You can choose a tasting to-go, which can be picked up on Saturdays between 11am and 1pm at our bakery, or a tasting in-person, which takes place at the bakery Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 4, 5, and 6pm. Tastings in person usually take about 45 minutes.
Both the tasting to-go and the tasting in-person is $50 for our popular cake flavors and fillings. Dessert table items can be added on to any tasting for a small additional fee.

After your tasting and consultation, you will have a good idea of your flavor preferences, design preferences and details. The team will send you your order form to confirm.
From there you can let us know any changes, questions, or concerns which we can address via email or additional phone consultation. Once you are ready to move forward we will send you an invoice to secure your date.
The nonrefundable 50% deposit is due within one week of confirmation and your remaining 50% balance will be due 1 month prior to your date. You are able to make any changes necessary up until 1 month out.
Sarah will take very good care of you throughout the whole process. We like to keep it easy and enjoyable!
