You can order your cake through our order form here.

We guide you step-by-step through selecting your cake flavors and filling, adding a custom message, selecting your optional add-ons (cherries, candles, and more!), and scheduling your pickup or delivery.

All our cakes are frosted with our signature Italian Meringue buttercream. It is VERY SUBTLY sweet. Please be mindful that it will not be the powder sugar heavy frosting you may have had in the past.

Our flavor options are: Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Lemon, Almond, Marble, Funfetti, Strawberry, and Carrot.

Our filling options are: Vanilla Buttercream, Vanilla Whipped Mascarpone, Chocolate Whipped Ganache, Cream Cheese Frosting, Strawberry Whipped Ganache, Raspberry Whipped Mascarpone, Vanilla Pastry Cream, Lemon Curd, Passion Fruit Whipped Ganache, and Caramel Mousse.

Our cakes are available for pickup Wednesdays — Saturdays from 11am to 1pm at our bakery at 636 North Racine Avenue.

When you fill out our custom cake order form, you’ll be able to select your preferred pickup date and time, and receive a calendar and text reminder.

We offer delivery during certain seasons, within a five mile radius of our bakery. If delivery is available when you place your order, you’ll have the option to select delivery and enter your address see if you fall within our delivery range.

We require 4 days notice for all cakes. During the checkout process, you’ll be able to select your preferred pickup or delivery date and time.

We occasionally can make an exception. If you are interested in a last minute cake please email cakes.ecbg@gmail.com. A rush fee may apply.

Yes, we do! We can make any cake gluten-free for an additional $20 charge.

To ensure the most delicious texture and taste, cakes need to be kept at room temperature for at least 6 hours prior to cutting/eating. The cake will last in the fridge for one week.
